We are based in Rochester (HOO)  Kent with a fully equipped industrial kitchen. 

 

What happens next after placing a booking? - We will contact you around 7 days prior your booking, this is when we will need your confirmed booking details and payment. However, any questions please don't hesitate to message us beforehand.

How to book us - We do not accept phone bookings, your more than welcome to call us for any enquiries/questions etc. To secure your booking we need all details emailed/text or sent through Facebook messenger.  

​

We deliver to Medway Free of charge. We may ask for a small delivery fee for deliveries outside of Medway, We are willing to travel up to 45 mins away.  (This will depend on availability and how far in advance you are booking.)

Minimum order of 30 people per booking.

 We ask for full payment at least 7 days prior your Buffet. This can be done  Bank transfer/Cash or PayPal. We now offer Card payment via our card machine on delivery.  No payment no Buffet.

We are fully insured and have an in-date hygiene certificate & 5* food hygiene rating- Some venues would like a copy of these, and I am happy to provide them for you. You can find our rating on the food standards agency.

We do not provide plates, napkins and table coverings. The only menu which includes plates and napkins is the wake menu, Plates/napkins & cutlery are available for the fork  buffets however these must be added on when making a booking. 

​

Cancellations - We do require at least 2 weeks cancellation; we are a small business, and we ask people to be respectful of this.

​

Food safety - Food can be uncovered for up to 4 hours with aircon. If your venue is at room temperature food will need to be thrown away after 2 hours once lids are removed. Buffet lids will keep your food chilled and fresh, If possible please keep these lids on for as long as possible.

Tray disclaimer - I require all my trays back, please do not leave them at your venue unless it's a known venue to me & I am happy for them to stay there. I will collect from you within 72 hours.​
