All our buffets trays have allergen stickers on, Upon delivery you will be given a disclaimer which will also explain about possible allergies & dangers.
Allergy awareness
We will not cater for any anaphylactic allergies, This is due to cross contamination in our kitchen. However please bare in mind our kitchen handles Celery/Gluten/Fish/Eggs/Lupin/Milk/Mustard/Nuts/Peanuts/sesame seeds/Soya/Sulphur dioxide.

For example we can put together a Gluten free platter, this will be prepared on a separate surface but there will be items in my kitchen containing gluten.
Booking information
When placing a booking, It is your own reasonability to inform us of any allergies and intolerances. We can then advise if its possible and safe for us to cater for your required allergy. We can also give you a break down of ingrediencies.
